I cannot recommend the Asics Gel Kayano's enough! They are seriously comfy and have got me through pounding the pavements for my first half marathon. The highly cushioned sole has helped with stability and really improved my posture and stride! They soak up the impact running on road, plus they are great for anyone with a wider foot or high arch. An investment, but worth it if you're putting the miles in, or the cheesy dance moves!
